Welcome!

The old saying is indeed correct…..”Hatred Begets Hatred”.

I was recently presented with the opportunity to return hatred with hatred, but I resisted. It wasn’t about “winning the battle” for me, so much as it was about giving someone the opportunity to admit mistake and correct themselves… but alas, they were too angry, too weak, and too proud to admit fault. Instead, what should have been a life lesson ended in a fight to point fingers, which in the end, they won… not because I am now no part of their company, but because I refused play the blame game any longer. And that’s what it’s about, boys and girls…. about knowing you have the power…and possessing the strength to show mercy. For this, I have ascended to a higher, more peaceful plane of existence.

I have become an example of inner beauty…a warrior of virtue….a pillar of peace.

This warrior is admittedly tired, but very peaceful inside… because I, unlike so many others, will rest easy each night following this one…knowing I am well…knowing there will always be another battle.. but also, knowing that the warrior in me will look forward…as the peacemaker in me will also…not for the joy of battle, but the opportunity…. to end it.

Time to enjoy the peace a good life can bring….for hatred begets hatred….and we must never give in to it, or we have lost.

Shine bright….and we are sure to live long….we strong…we few…we pillars of peace.
