Guess Who’s Back?!?
…and just when you guys thought I was gone! Well, I’m here to say you will never be rid of me, NEVER! (*insert prolonged evil laugh here*)
First, I’d like to apologize for the lack of movie review awesomeness lately. For reasons I still cannot understand, it turns out I am not rich, and for some strange reason, credit cards do, in fact, have limits. I know, right? I’m surprised too. I hate to admit it sometimes, but if it weren’t for my extremely frugal husband, we’d probably be living in my parent’s basement helping my mom clip coupons and listening to a constant replay of The Mormon Tabernacle Choir’s Best Christmas hits vol. 712.

However, a happy ending is close at hand! After spending weeks saving a quarter here and a nickel there, I was able to get my movie fund back up to par! And with this great power, of course, comes a great responsibility…more movie reviews! We’re seeing the Karate Kid today and of course, we’ve got some great stuff in the coming week to look forward to, like Eclipse, and The Last Airbender, just to name a couple. I’m so excited I can hardly see straight! Let the summer movie season begin!

I’ll keep you posted on the good, the bad, and the ugly of the movie summer season as the drama unfolds one week at a time, maybe even more depending on funding. I’ve also finalized the rules of the Movie Trivia Contest. I’m going to create a special section just for that one, so you can all take part!
I have to say, I’m glad to be back, and I hope you’re glad to see me! Stay tuned, and let me know if there’s a movie you’d like me to test out this summer so you don’t have to waste the cash… let’s call it the “guinea pig list”.
